Yeah, so the illustrious illustrator beanclam drew this really awesome picture of girl!Fakir. And besides being really pretty it also brought up the idea of Princess Tutu, which, like Utena, is big about the roles of masculinity and feminity as it pertains to fairytales/society/literary ideas. Life has been running me ragged. But 31_days has a monthly prompt of fairy tales up for February. This plus re-reading old Grimm editions gives me some kind of energetic glee (even if I was late in posting it on the day, oops...) to carry me through.
